There is a wide verity of choices to choose from on and around the lake. Please note that it's often  hard to book a room at the last minute during peak season, so planning ahead as far as possible is key to getting the rooms you need. Many book their reservation a year in advance just to make sure there is no problem, especially home and cabin rentals of which are next to impossible to get on a last minutes notice.

Know that there are but a handful of hotels that are actually right on the water, so be sure to ask before you are tricked into thinking you'll be on the water. Example: (The Lake Inn) is no where near the water, but rooms are a little cheaper off the water, but not by much.
